I am a 43 female. I have low thyroid (on Synthroid) PCOS (on Glougaphage) Mitral Valve prolapse (on Tropol) I wake up at night hot & sweatty and it can last 2 hours once up. I get migraines ALOT. (on Midrin) I have a bone spure in my neck and a buldged disk in my lower back. I have had burning going down neck, left shoulder and arm. My calves go real numb/tingle when on my feet alot. I have had tingling hands and feet for at least 10 years. I feel pain EVERYDAY. I feel like it has to be arthritis. I have had my doctor check but they show little. I just had EMG on neck/arms and it came out good. I am so frustrated that i want to cry. I take Ultram for pain but right now it does not relieve it. I am going to a radiologist Monday for consoltation for steriod inj. in neck. Do you think my doctor diagnosed me right w/ Fibromyalgia? Would steriod inj. help in your opinion? I feel like i am going to drive my whole family nuts over this. I cannot believe how many symptoms I have!! If Ultram is not strong enough right now (100mg every 4 hours) what would be the next step?

There are plenty of options available for you, I recommend doing the following for the next 3 months. You must start with a Liver/Gallbladder flush and intestinal and parasite cleanse before starting the Fibro-Hope program. This is found at http://www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html

Fibro Balance: Internal Support for Fibromyalgia.
This supplement took 7 years to develop after Dr. Group studied and treated hundreds of patients with Fibromyalgia. It is designed to bring the body into a state of balance so the body can heal itself naturally. Coming in March, we do have a few bottles available. You can call Virginia at

NutraCool™: External Topical Pain Support for Fibromyalgia.
Topical Anesthetic. NutraCool™ is a topical cream that is especially recommended for those with fibromyalgia, back pain, sprains, and strains. Dr. Group's topical pain relief formula contains the finest, strongest organic natural ingredients available from worldwide sources.

Terminator II: Vibrational and Energetic Support for Fibromyalgia.
Parasite Zapper

Just wanted to let you know that I dearly love my Terminator. My Fibromyalgia seems to have gone into remission, but the greatest blessing is the energy I have. I've had CFS for years, and I've been too weak and tired to get a full load of dishes into the dishwasher at one standing. But the other day, I did a 12-hour "white tornado" number in the house, lifting and carting big bags of trash to the curb--a complete impossibility for me before--applying lots of elbow grease in the bathrooms and kitchen, etc. Even after all that work, my body still felt energized.- Susan

Rest Quiet Sleep Patches: Get the restful sleep you need with Fibromyalgia - Rest Quiet Sleep Patches

For many, the pain of fibromyalgia prevents them from getting truly restful, regenerative sleep. It is believed that Rest Quiet helps the bodies own natural meridians balance by application of the Rest Quiet Patch to acupuncture points which help a quiet nights sleep. We have found that the placement on the right temple or on the inside of the right ankle helps the body with a restful and quiet night's sleep.

FIBRO HOPE PROGRAM

We recommend the following supplements for individuals to help aid their body in fighting the symptoms of Fibromyalgia:

Note: You must stay on this for three months for your body to start coming into balance. During the first month you might experience signs of detoxification. You must start with a Liver/Gallbladder flush and intestinal and parasite cleanse before starting the Fibro-Hope support program.

* Fibro-Balance: Take 2 capsules 3x daily 10-20 minutes before meals.
* NutraCool™: Rub on all areas of pain 3-5x daily. [ learn more ]
* Terminator Zapper II: Put on the bottom of the foot every other night while you sleep. [ learn more ]
* Read the book "Fibromyalgia Secrets Revealed" by Dr. Edward F. Group III, DC, ND, DACBN
* Eliminate: Coffee, Alcohol, Diet drinks, white flour, white sugar, fried foods and micro-waved foods.
* Slowly increase your exercise. Use a mini tramp daily for 15-45 min.

For a healthcare practitioner you can work with I suggest scheduling a health consult with Dr.Lanphier to answer questions at 936-321-0009
