A mild, low-grade fever is a common symptom shared by many fibromyalgia sufferers. For some, this can even be accompanied by night sweats. Some people do find relief from Hydrocodeine or, more likely, a combination of this and other prescription and over the counter medications. Lyrica has shown some promise, although it shows some of the typical side effects and has not been approved for fibromyalgia. Neither of these addresses any of the possible causes of fibromyalgia. There is a new product on the market called Fibro-Balance which is formulated to nutritionally support fibro sufferers. The promising results of a patient trial can be found at
www.fibromyalgia-support.org/fibrobalance-study.html. This products works well in conjunction with the topical NutraCool™ cream, used to support normal pain and inflammation levels and to nourish the skin and underlying tissue.
