I am new 5 months now to being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. After a severe auto accident a year ago this is what my final diagnoses has come to. I use a Duragesic patch q72h @ 75mcg and Ultracet for breakthrough pain at approx 50 per month. I also take at bedtime 10mg Topomax, 10mg Alprazolam and 60mg Cymbyax. Please take note that before the car accident on May 28, 2004 I was on no medication at all. I am a Certified Medical Assistant so I know a lot about medication and what it can do to your body. Anyway, my main concern is I am tired all the time. I sleep 8-10 hours at night then feel like I could go back to bed two hours later. When I have done this, I sleep for 4-6 hours then up for a couple hours down for a few hours up and downs for as long as two days. I do sleep good when sleeping. It usually is a restfull sleep, I do not feel refreshed when I wake up though. I dream about the idiot who hit me. I do have some days where I am not tired and I feel like I can do things with my family(husband and 2 small kids) but those are as rare as 1-2 per week. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thank you for your time and effort you put into helping those of us who need it. I know that I appreciate it as do many of those who look to these pages for information they cant get elsewhere.

Hi

Get Dr. Group's ebook Fibromyalgia Secrets Revealed and follow the program. I think you will find that you will begin to feel better in a short amount of time. We have had many that have used the program with much success. It is important to get the body healthy by cleansing, diet, supplementation, exercise and stress reduction.

I would also suggest that you find someone who you can talk to about the accident so that you can get out all the emotional trauma.
