Hi, I'm a new member. I was just wondering if anyone else suffers from migraine headaches almost daily. These migraines started two years ago, and so far, no PCP, psychiatrist and now my second neurologist are having trouble determining the cause.
Any input you may have is appreciated.
Thanks,

I recommend a visit to a local chiropractor that is also experienced with Fibromyalgia. There are many possible causes for headaches but over 90% are caused by stress and tension. It is very possible that chiropractic adjustment and trigger point therapy could be very beneficial. You can also discuss herbs and nutrients that tend to benefit headache sufferers such as 5-HTP, Feverfew, Fenugreek, Burdock root, Vitamin B-6, magnesium, and enzymes. Calming herbs such as Kava and Chamomile can also be helping in relaxing the muscles and helping to combat stress. I also highly recommend NutraCool™ topical rub for sore, tight muscles and inflammation. I personally use it for any type of stress headache or any other muscle soreness or pain. True migraine headaches can benefit from many of the supplements that are listed above as well. It seems that these are most likely related to an imbalance in the serotonin metabolism and a build-up of histamine and other inflammatory chemicals. It is important to try to determine the type of headache that you are experiencing so that you can work out the most effective strategy for relief.
The new Fibro-Balance product also showed a 31% decrease in overall pain symptoms associated with Fibromyalgia, including headaches. Full results for this study can be viewed at www.fibromyalgia-support.org/fibrobalance-study.html. It is also a good idea to perform a colon cleanse and liver/gallbladder flush, www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html. This can lessen the overall toxic burden on the body and help to increase the absorption of your other nutrients.
