HELP ME PLZ.. SHOOTING/THROBBING PAIN

I am having shooting pain in my body that travels all over my body like a throbbing sensastion.. for instance.. in my calf, my arm, breast, neck, finger joints, wrist, hand, thigh.. almost everywhere..

I do not want to take anto-depressants is there any way I do get rid of this pain... please help me somebody

By the way I have seen a rheumatologist and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.. and have been prescribed anti-dep but I do not want to go on them..

p.s I have sheooting pain in my ear sometimes,, could that be related?

Hi! My name is Suzanne. I have fibromyalgia and have been on Lyrica for a few months now. It decreases the intensity of the pain. Most of the time. Ask your doctor about it. Have you found anything that helps at all. I would love anyone's input.
