So glad you had a good experience with your pregnancy. Tylenol usually does nothing for me, but even if I need to be laying on the couch most days at the end of the pregnancy, I can handle that. (Can't be any worse than when I was recovering from my car accident, so I'm sure it'll be worth it!)
I hear ya! I just turned 31 and things are definitely started "to move" lol, that's probably why I'm so frustrated that I haven't had much luck with working out like I used to. The last few days I've been taking walks during my lunch break and so far this week has been a pretty good week.

So, I'm going to try and keep up with that. It seems to be a trial and error process.
Sorry that things have gotten worse lately. I hope this is not a condition that will continously get worse... Maybe all the more reason to have a child now while I'm still "okay".
