Hi, I've been in pain all my life. For years I've gone to docters just to hear...nothing. How do I get some results...I want my life back.
I hoping to get support here....I know what I have, but how do I get relief...
Help new friends.
Sincerely, Leslie |

Leslie,
Welcome! The frustration that you feel is shared by many that suffer from Fibromyalgia, especially after years of suffering and misdiagnosis. Fortunately, more people are becoming aware of the disorder and, consequently, more research is being performed and more people are sharing strategies that have worked for them. One such strategy involves performing a colon cleanse and liver/gallbladder flush. Detailed instructions for this can be found at http://www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html. This can help to cleanse the body of toxins that may hinder the body’s own healing mechanisms and possibly increase the absorption of other nutrients that you can take to support the body. A study with Fibro Balance has also been very promising with others that suffer from Fibromyalgia; full results can be viewed at www.fibromyalgia-support.org/fibrobalance-study.html. NutraCool™ topical rub, www.ghchealth.com/, is also an excellent choice to massage into sore areas of the body. Finally, many report lessening of some discomfort by using a zapper, such as the Terminator II model; this can be used on your foot every other night while you sleep. |
