I don't know of a specific one for Fibromyalgia patients but I have heard of one that is good for back pain. Have you heard of the sleep number bed. I have been wanting to get one. You should check it out online and read about how it works.
Memory foam mattresses are some of the most comfortable mattresses on the market - for some, but not all people. Visco memory foam cannot cure conditions like fibromyalgia, but it could offer some pain relief a few nights a week.
