I have suffered with fibromyalgia for years and been o prescribed medication for well over 10years.Have tried alsorts of diet restriction non of which have helped.

Just recently in fact begining of August 2006 i came across ahigh protien diet ,you also tke very high quality vitimins and mineral supports. so far the improvements have been amazing, i have been pain free for most of the days since being on this programme, somthing i didnt think possible.I have cut one of my prescribed medications(the one that can cause stomache ulcers) i have tried to come of my medication before and it has not been possible.
I am hoping to come off futher medication shortly.
My energy levels have increased dramatically i walked my dog for an hour and a half the other day!

And also as a bonus i have lost nearly 6kgs!

I am not saying its a cure for Fibromyalgia but if i can continue to feel this good(normal) it will be fantastic, never though i would be pain free cant ever remember being with out pain before!
