Robin,
There are a number of different medications that your doctor may prescribe for you for fibromyalgia pain. Some of the more common ones include Darvon, Tylenol formulations, Ultram, Vicodan, Ultram and others. These pain killers are often used in conjunction with anti-depressants, tri-cyclics or serotonin boosters (SSRIs), anti-anxiety medication, or even muscle relaxants.
Keep in mind that there are many natural alternatives that can be considered. For topical use, there is an all-natural product called NutraCool that can be rubbed directly into sore areas as needed. This does not contain any pharmaceutical analgesics and does not have any of the risk of the side effects that are associated with those types of medication. People often report better results the longer that the product is used. Organic Oil of Oregano can also be used topically, diluted in olive oil or in the NutraCool, and has been compared to morphine as a pain reliever in some cases. It can also be taken internally in a capsule for the same reason. There are several other supplements that can help support your immune system. These include the following:
-A complete colon cleanse, liver/gallbladder flush, and parasite cleanse. A protocol can be found at www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html.
- Oxygenator - Take 20 drops in 4 ounces of purified water 3x daily. Best taken on empty stomach first thing in the morning, mid afternoon and before bed.
- Terminator Zapper II - Put on the bottom of the foot every other night while you sleep. [ learn more ]
- TOA-Free Cats Claw (Allergy Research) - 2 capsules 3x daily before meals. Take 7 days on and 3 days off. [ learn more ]
You should also strongly consider eliminating coffee, alcohol, white flour, white sugar, and micro-waved foods. |
