shoooting/throbbing pain.. help me somebody

I am having shooting pain in my body that travells all over my body like a throbbing sensastion.. for instance.. in my calf, my arm, breast, neck, finger joints, wrist, hand, thigh.. almost everyway.. i

I do not want to take anto-depressants is there any way I do get rid of this pain... please help me somebody

Crystal, did you ever get any relief from your pain? I noticed you didn't get any replies from your message (I just found this forum) and am sorry that happened. I've spent the last 10 years finding ways to first live with, cope with and then finally beat my fibromyalgia, at least mostly beat it. It's still there, but not so bad. I am not sure how you do it, but perhaps we could exchange private messages if you wish.

How did you beat it? Or mostly beat it. The only thing I can find that helps is hydrocodone and I just need more and more and I'm sure my doctor is going to cut that off some day, which scares me because I need it to be able to work. My husband has cancer and is on disability so I have to keep working. My doctor has talked about sending me to a pain clinic but hasn't yet. I don't know what they do and am afraid they will take away my pain medicine.
