I was fairly recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, however I had an idea that I have had it for the past few years after a major car accident. I have never had any problems with sleep but this past year has been horrible. I CANNOT sleep!!!!! My Doctor prescribed a few things but all the meds make me sick and I don't really want to be on any. Can you recommend anything all natural to help with sleep. Please help!!!!!!! Thanks.

Hi Beth

Suggestions would be:

1) Melatonin
2) 5HTP
3) Chamomile tea before bed (helps to relax)
4) Lithium Orotate (does not promote sleep but helps to balance the nerves and helps with stress)
