| I haven't heard of a way to stop the tingling and I can definately relate to what you're dealing with. If you do find a way off the site, please share! |

| It appears that about half of all Fibromyalgia sufferers experience this type of tingling sensation, also called paresthesia. A patient analysis with a product called FibroBalance shows that there was a 40% reduction in neurological issues, including tingling. I would also suggest a topical product called NutraCool™; this product can help to maintain normal inflammation and pain levels where it is applied locally. I would also suggest trying a specific form of sublingual, taken under the tongue, B-12 called methylcobalamin. This particular vitamin is very important in helping to maintain healthy nerves. Another supplement that may be of some benefit is called Calcium 2-AEP. It can be a little difficult to find but has been used as support in various nervous conditions. This does not, by any means, exhaust the list of supplements that may be helpful. Evaluation and care by a chiropractor may also be very beneficial. Please keep in mind that there are other conditions that can cause this tingling sensation as well. |

When your arm or leg "falls asleep", that tingling is because blood has not been reaching your leg. In FMS, the tingling is because the clear fluids are not reaching your arm or leg.
The quick, temporary fix is to just wipe a little Camphor Spirit on your arms. Doesn't take much. This promotes the flow of lymph (interstitial fluid). Around wrists, about half-way down on the tops of your arms, over the Tender Points on the inside of your elbows, and at the lower neck will give you the relief you seek.
This is an inexpensive old school product. You can get it at most drugstores. A tiny bit of Campho Phenique gel will do the same thing, but has phenol in it also, which is bad in larger quantities.
