I was diagnosed with fibro 3 years ago. I tried numerous medications. The only one that helped in any way at all was ambien. After six months of using this drug I stopped because I felt I was becoming addicted to it. After stopping, I went three days without sleep. The four doctors I saw had limited knowledge on fibro. They try to treat the symptoms but not the underlying problem. I finally decided to try acupuncture. It was the answer for me! That along with getting all the toxic products out of my home and I am back on track after 14 months!! I now use all natural cleaning products in my home. Most people with fibro do not know that our bodies do not process toxins the way a normal person does. Our bodies build up toxins and they cause us more pain. I also take Melaleuca's vitamins.
