I used to take a six week therapy of vitamin injections for my flare-ups. Vitamin B12 (which I take monthly anyway due to gastric-bypass), Magnessium, Folic Acid and I can't remember the fourth ingredient.

A holistic Dr. from New Zealand started me on them, but he has moved and I can't locate my file.

Can anyone tell me the amount and ingredients for these injections, please? They don't help 100% but every little bit is good.

I have been having a sever flare-up for over a month now and am getting desparate.

Hi

I really don't know what the 4th ingredient might be and would hesitate to guess.

Hopefully you will be able to locate your file from the Dr. in New Zealand.

I would suggest that you get Dr. Group's E-book Fibromyalgia Secrets Revealed. In this ebook he suggests supplementation, diet, cleansing, etc. in order the get the body healthy and to deal with the symptoms of Fibrymyalgia. The program has worked for many in clinical situations.
