Not sure, but I know that once you have it, heavy excersise can amplify your symptoms.
I used to be an avid weight lifter but now have slowed down majorly.
I had to start over and am slowly doing weights againg but much lighter and more gentle approches, less sets etc.
excersise is great but keep an eye out for pain induced by excersise. practice different things untill you find a routine that works for you body and not against it.
