Work restrictions

I am having difficulty at work. I'm a salaried exempt employee in a company that demands long hours. My doctor has restricted my maximum hours to 35/week. But the workload I'm given has me consitently working way over...so I have flare-ups and get sick. Then my boss gets angry. I'm not sure what my rights are in this situation. Any suggestions?

The only thing possible for you in this situation is to change your work. Ask your boss to alocate a work that don't fall you sick. If your company can't assist you then in that case you don't have any other choice rather than finding a work which would be more suitable to your physical health.
