I am having difficulty at work. I'm a salaried exempt employee in a company that demands long hours. My doctor has restricted my maximum hours to 35/week. But the workload I'm given has me consitently working way over...so I have flare-ups and get sick. Then my boss gets angry. I'm not sure what my rights are in this situation. Any suggestions?
